Regions can be adjusted later if your service area changes.
Problematic request
If an unlocked cleaning request is clearly faulty, or the customer cannot be reached despite several attempts, you can report the case to our team. Online-Offerten.ch reviews each case individually in accordance with the partner terms and conditions. In justified cases, a credit may be granted. There is no general entitlement to a refund.
