What must a cleaning quote include?
A cheap flat rate without a list is no comparison. Reputable companies write what is included - and what is not.
Written list of services
Floors, kitchen, bathroom, appliances, windows, blinds, adjoining rooms. What is not there is often not included. Two flat rates without a list are no comparison.
Fixed price or hours
Only quotes with the same pricing logic can be compared. A low hourly rate without a time limit is more expensive than a clear fixed price for the same scope.
Handover guarantee only for move-out cleaning
It applies to the handover of the flat. Improvement, deadline, attendance and exclusions must be stated in the quote. The portal guarantees nothing.
Appointment, access, surcharges

When do I need a handover guarantee?
